DSS places a strong emphasis on Crew Training & Development, surpassing industry standards to enhance safety and operational efficiency. Our rigorous training programs are meticulously designed to equip crew members with essential skills and knowledge. Our Manila training center serves as a hub for delivering comprehensive training, ensuring our crew is prepared for their roles. Similarly, onshore staff are offered participation in a range of seminars and conferences which enhance their skills and knowledge.

Additionally, every employee both onboard and onshore benefits from an individual HR development plan tailored to their needs, which includes access to seminars and continuous learning opportunities.
