Job description

Diana Shipping Services S.A. is looking for an Assistant to provide overall administrative support to the Corporate Development, Governance and Communications department of our company. The role will report to the department’s Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assists and follows-up on actions related to the administration of the department’s activities, e.g., general corporate matters, including strategic transactions (i.e. sale and purchase transactions, financing transactions, corporate affairs projects), subsidiary management and corporate governance, investor communications.
  • Collaborates with other departments’ in communicating procedures, processes and practices as necessary.
