On March 21, 2024, Diana Shipping Services wecomed five exceptional MARGARITA students and their companions to our premises, continuing our commitment to nurturing young talent and professional development.

These students had the unique opportunity to experience a real working environment by shadowing various roles within our company. They gained practical skills and insights across departments like Reception, General Services, Forwarding, and Accounting, working alongside our dedicated team members.

Our goal is to equip these aspiring professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their future careers, empowering them to pursue their goals with confidence. This initiative exemplifies our 'Together for Good' program's core values, fostering talent and meaningful connections within our community.

As a proud partner of MARGARITA, we understand the importance of collaboration in creating positive change. Last year, we supported MARGARITA by donating an educational platform with kinesthetic games and organizing a work shadowing day to introduce participants to the shipping industry.
