Promoting Sustainability: DSS Introduces NEO TEXTILE Recycling Program

Diana Shipping Services (DSS) launched the NEO TEXTILE Recycling Program, an initiative aimed at raising awareness among our people about the environmental impact of fashion waste while promoting responsible consumption and recycling practices.

Through this Program, we emphasize three practices: buying only what we need, taking care of our clothes, and repairing them when necessary. Additionally, we encourage our employees to recycle and donate unwanted clothing through specially installed bins across our facilities, while assessing and reporting on our progress. By engaging our people within the workplace, we aim to inspire them to extend these efforts to other areas of their lives, creating a culture of environmental responsibility.
